O álbum, que traz 11 canções, é coescrito por Lana e Jack Antonoff. E inclui uma versão cover do clássico de Joni Mitchell, "For Free", com as cantoras Zella Day e Weyes Blood, além da participação de Nikki Lane na faixa "Breaking Up Slowly".
